Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and all European countries.

Where do you ship from?

To ensure our cat lovers receive their favorite products quickly and conveniently, we ship internationally with an eye to cost efficiency and reducing environmental impact. Our products are shipped from strategic warehouses around the world, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Germany, Czech Republic, China, Singapore and Indonesia, for fast and sustainable deliveries.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, they will no longer be accepted, but you can return the order for a full refund after receiving it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Klarna) and payments via PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday, usually within 1-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
